A typical class burns as much as 600-800 calories in just 45 minutes depending on sex and body weight.

There are no special skills or ability required, just a desire to change.

My regular 'Multi-Level' Spinning Classes held at Club Woodham are as follows:

Mondays: 7.00 - 7.45pm
Fridays: 7.00 - 7.45pm
Saturdays: 10.30 - 11.15am
Sundays: 10.00 - 10.45am

Non-members welcome...only £5.00 a class!
